Third Party Environmental Audit at Cadangan Merekabentuk, Membina dan Menyiapkan Pusat Pentadbiran Baru Daerah Kuala Nerus, Terengganu Darul Iman.

One of our main services is Conducting Environmental Audit. In connection with the JKR implementation of ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System (EMS), the contractor is subjected to comply with the system during the construction period. Therefore, contractor has appointed Third Party Auditor to undertake an Environmental Compliance of JKR EMS ISO 14001 audit quarterly for said project.

 Observation and auditing scheduled waste storage area at project site
 Water browser has been operated to reduce dust dispersion at project site
Site auditing around working area

The environmental audit will be conducted using standard audit procedure.  It may include:-

                                           1.       Interviews:
Interview with the top management officials of all parties involved shall be conducted prior to the site inspection. Key personnel with specific construction activities that have potentially significant environmental implications must be interviewed as well.
                         2.             Inspection of construction area
An inspection of the construction activities will be carried out by the audit team. The team shall identify any compliances and non-compliances using inspection checklist

 3.        Inspection of Corrective Action
To identify corrective actions of previous non-compliances that had been undertaken.

· 4.       Reporting
Audit reports must be followed Environmental Audit Guidance Manual published by Department of Environment. The environmental audit report will be prepared and submitted to JKR to ensure that mitigating measures for all environmental aspects are carried out accordingly during earthwork period until the entire development is completed.
